1. Optical Materials Lab (job location: Daejeon)
   - Development of cellulose triacetate films used as optical films for LCD
   - Solution casting of cellulose triacetate (TAC)
   - Control of optical characteristics and mechanical properties of TAC films through extension and annealing
   - Synthesis of additives used for control of optical properties of TAC films and the formulation for the films
   - Coating of liquid crystals or materials for low reflection on cellulose triacetate films
   [Requirements: Master’s or above in coating, polymer processing, polymer rheology, organic synthesis, polymerization, colloids and surface chemistry, and physics of liquid crystal]
   
2. Polymer Lab (job location: Daejeon)
   - Research on new generation polymer like Nexlene, etc
   - Design of polymer to have optimum properties and processability, research on polymer processing
   [Requirements: Doctor’s in Polymer properties, composite or Polymer Processing]
   
3. Green Coal Lab (job location: Daejeon)
   - Research on coal gasification mechanism, reactor analysis/improvement
   - Pilot scale coal gasifier development (Design/Improvement/Analysis/Scale up study)
   - CO2 reduction/Cost efficiency technology development in coal gasification process (catalyst gasification etc.)
   - Research on coal utilization (coal pretreatment technology, coal pyrolysis, liquefaction, combustion)
   [Requirements: Master’s or above in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering]
4. Green Pol Lab (CO2 polymer) (job location: Daejeon)
   - Development of catalyst for CO2 / Epoxide copolymerization
   - Development of CO2 polymer product, application, processing technology
   - Polymer modification by blend, composite, compounding, reactive extrusion etc.
   [Requirements: Doctor’s in organometalic chemistry, polymer (material, processing, morphology etc.)]
5. New/Renewable Energy Lab (job location: Daejeon)
   - Modification of strain clostridium tyrobutyricum (Cell culture/isolation, gene manipulation, metabolic engineering)
   - Lab/Pilot scale organic acid fermentation

6. Analysis Lab - Materials Technology Group (job location: Ulsan)
   - Material study to prevent material/corrosion related incident for equipment integrity in refinery, petrochemical plant
   - Material developing works (Engineering & development field) to develop commercial licensing plant.
   [Requirements: Master’s or above in chemical engineering, metal engineering or relative fields,
   Research experience with the prediction and analysis of metallic material phase change by SEM/TEM]
7. Advanced Materials Lab (job location: Daejeon)
   - Development of advanced materials for organic semi-conductor (OLED, OTFT etc.), Li battery (esp. electrode),
   next generation battery, thin film solar cell material (CIGS), other fuctional materials (ex. membrane material etc.)
   [Requirements: Master’s or above in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer, or relative fields]
8. Catalyst Lab (job location: Daejeon)
   - Catalyst development for petrochemicals / renewable energy / coal utilization
   - Catalyst synthesis and characterization

Biz developer for Hydrogen Energy Area (job location: Seoul)

• Biz planning (Evaluating new tech, developing tech differentiation plan, searching biz opportunities etc.)
• Implement biz incubation, new project development

Process Engineer (job location: Daejeon)

• PDP (Process Design Package) Development,
• Simulation modeling with Aspen Plus, Hysys, Pro? etc., develop proprietary equipment (reactor etc.)
• Design major pieces of equipment such as distillation columns, vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
