Fellow members of KSEA,
UKC begins next week at the Hyatt Regency Orange County Hotel. The official program starts Thursday morning, Aug 9 and concludes Saturday evening, Aug 11.
On Thursday morning, research workshops will run for junior faculty members, post docs, and doctoral students; there will be also Industry Forum, which science and technology related companies and professionals will be participating in. On Friday, there will be keynote speeches as well as the special session with the US Patent Office executive. We will also address interdisciplinary research questions on four “theme” sessions throughout the conference. This is the time for Korean Americans of all generations to get to know each other and “bridge the gap.” You will meet representatives from many research institutes and companies from both Korea and US, so don’t hesitate to take advantage of this opportunity.
