Dear fellow KSEA members,
Today is the last day of serving as the 48th President of the Korean American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA). It has been my honor serving for KSEA during 2019-2020. Looking back, I think the 48th administration contributed to the KSEA’s position in many ways. I have tried to make entrepreneurship one of KSEA’s main businesses, increase KSEA’s awareness through active publicity, and increase KSEA membership through better member benefits. I believe we have made great progress in these and hope these efforts are continued. I would like to thank all KSEA leaders and headquarter staff for their dedication and great efforts for the progress.
In the coming year, KSEA, like everyone else, will face challenges due to COVID-19. To overcome these challenges, I ask for your continued support for the next administration. Despite difficulties, KSEA has been successful in building Korean-American networks and advancing science and technology in both the U.S. and Korea. In the 50th anniversary of next year, I hope we continue empowering Korean-American scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs, and stand in a position where KSEA can play an important role in mainstream society.
Thank you for your support and hope you and your family are safe during this global health crisis.
48th KSEA President
