Four MOUs signed during the 50th KSEA Administration

Since the 50th KSEA Administration started on July 1, 2021, KSEA signed four Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with organizations in Korea to promote more active international collaborations and partnerships.

In July 2021,  KSEA President Byungkyu Brian Park signed MOU with the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) and the Global Biomedical Innovation Human Network Center (GBIHN) in Korea.

KSEA President Byungkyu Brian Park and KHIDI President Soonman Kwon signed the MOU on July 20, 2021, at KHIDI in Korea. By signing the MOU, KSEA and KHIDI mutually recognized the importance of establishing a cooperative relationship between the two parties in the fields of science and technology.



KSEA and KHIDI agreed to recommend their members who seek partnership for international collaboration on research and development upon a request from either party and to actively facilitate collaboration in research and development along with exchanges of human resources and information.

On July 27, 2021, KSEA President Byungkyu Brian Park and GBHIN Director Sung Min Kim signed the MOU at Dongkuk University in Korea. By signing the MOU, KSEA and GBIHN agreed to establish more close cooperation and promote the development of both parties through research development collaboration and exchange of business experiences and networks.



KSEA signed the MOU with the University of Science and Technology (UST) and the Ajou University in December online due to the Omicron variant of COVID-19.

The MOU between KSEA and UST was signed on December 9, 2021, online. KSEA President Byungkyu Brian Park and UST President Ieehwan Kim signed the MOU to promote science and technology cooperation of mutual interest. Both parties agreed to foster science and technology cooperation, collaborate to nurture young scientists, and exchange S&T professionals, information, and academic publications.

KSEA President Byungkyu Brian Park and Ajou University President Hyungju Park signed the MOU on December 23, 2021, online. By signing the MOU, KSEA and Ajou University agreed to provide opportunities to exchange ideas, information, skill, and techniques and to collaborate in various areas of science and technology. Both parties shall explore discovering, supporting and/or facilitating collaborative research programs between members of KSEA and scientists and engineers of Ajou University.
